Gloucester Fire Department Apparatus

Gloucester is a city of approximately 30,000 people, located 25 miles north of Boston and is bordered by Rockport, Essex and Manchester-by-the-sea. The Gloucester Fire Department operates 4 engines (depending on staffing), 1 ladder and a deputy chief running out of 4 Stations. The GFD also has 2 brush trucks, 2 spare engines, 2 spare rescues, 1 spare ladder and several support vehicles. E-4, E-5 (Spare), L-1 (Spare), L-2, R-1, R-2 (Spare), FF-2, FF-3 are located at Headquarters at 8 School Street. E-3 and R-3 (Spare) run out of the Bayview Station at 831 Washington Street. E-2 runs out of the Magnolia Station on 30 Fuller Street and finally And finally E-1 (Spare) and E-6 run out of the West Gloucester Station at 33 Concord Street.
